How do we awaken Chi/Qi energy

  • Breathing is the main approach                                                                                                             To develop your Chi/Qi-energy it is essential to do the process of cycling a lot of air through your body. Chi is the energy of life itself, a balance of yin and yang, positive and negative energy. keep doing the breathing exercise until it becomes natural. To develop Chi/Qi-energy spend 10 to 15 minutes focusing on nothing but your breathing.                                         Sit in your comfortable state ie, cross-legged on the floor or sit in a matt. Then breathe in deeply from your diaphragm you should feel the breath expand your stomach. After taking a deep breath hold it for 5 seconds, then exhale completely.
  • Yoga and meditation can also help to boost your Chi/Qi-energy as a life force.
