Yoga
Yoga is one of the natural ways to gain immunity. Because yoga is both spiritual and physical disciplines. It has "Breathing techniques" and also yoga has four classifications. They are:

- Bhakti yoga
- Gyan Yoga
- Kriya yoga
In yoga, there are so many asanas, which are important to a person who practices yoga. I'm listing some of the asanas.

Meditation
Meditation is a practice of focusing the mind at a particular point. Meditation allows our mind to achieve an emotionally calm and clear, peaceful state. Through meditation, we can lift our spiritual elements in us. And also continuos practice of meditation allows us to access our body and can energize our body. It also helps to get a healthy body.
Food containing vitamins
The food which contains vitamins helps us to grow immunity in our body. The vegetables that give us vitamins are :

Sunbath
Sunbath is done during the morning between 6.00 and 7.30 and evening between 5.00 and 6.00. It is the exact time because at that time we get vitamin D from the sun. And also sunbath is good for health. Sunlight boosts your immune system and it helps us to fight against the disease.
